What are processing times?

This is the amount of time we need before we dispatch your order. This amount of time varies from product to product so please check each individual product page for more information.

If you are ordering more than one product, everything will be dispatched according to the largest processing time within that order. For example, if you order a paper rose, the processing time is 1 -3 working days. If you also order a bouquet and the processing time is 1 - 5 days. Please expect your entire order to be processed within 1 - 5 days.

Are all your products handmade?

In short, yes! However, not all our products are handmade by us. We have partnered with some amazing companies that print our designs on their products. We also stock various bookish brands that make their own products.

I need my order by a specific date, can you help?

Of course! However, please get in touch prior to ordering with the date you require your order by. We can then advise on whether this can be achieved and what the best shipping method would be.

If you fail to get in contact prior to ordering, please let us know as soon as possible to discuss further.

Can I collect my order?

Absolutely! Please make sure you select collection during checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready to be collected.

Do you accept returns?

Of course! We understand that sometimes you might receive your order and it is just not right for you! However, we do have some conditions that need to be met:

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on all custom and personalised orders. As you can appreciate, these orders have been made specifically for you so they wouldn't be able to be resold.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, providing you get in touch within 24hrs. After this time period, unfortunately we cannot guarantee this however, we will do our best to help!

Question 9

Can you tell me more about my free tree?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely!

When you order from us, you will be sent an email containing your tree certificate! It will contain your tree URL and all the details of your tree, it's species and what project it is on. You will also be sent details where you can actively track the progress of your tree and its total CO2 offset.

You will receive this email within 48hrs of placing your order.
