This is the amount of time we need before we dispatch your order. This amount of time varies from product to product so please check each individual product page for more information.

If you are ordering more than one product, everything will be dispatched according to the largest processing time within that order. For example, if you order a paper rose, the processing time is 1 -3 working days. If you also order a bouquet and the processing time is 1 - 5 days. Please expect your entire order to be processed within 1 - 5 days.

In short, yes! However, not all our products are handmade by us. We have partnered with some amazing companies that print our designs on their products. We also stock various bookish brands that make their own products.

Of course! However, please get in touch prior to ordering with the date you require your order by. We can then advise on whether this can be achieved and what the best shipping method would be.

Absolutely!

When you order from us, you will be sent an email containing your tree certificate! It will contain your tree URL and all the details of your tree, it's species and what project it is on. You will also be sent details where you can actively track the progress of your tree and its total CO2 offset.

You will receive this email within 48hrs of placing your order.
