Standard International Shipping - Royal Mail International Tracked (4 - 7 Working Days) from £10.55

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

We make sure all our shipping is tracked to avoid any problems with lost parcels. If, in the unlikely event, the tracking for your parcel has not updated in a while, please get in touch so we can investigate.

We will always try to resolve the issue by either sending out a replacement or offer a full refund. However, in order for us to do this, the courier deems a domestic parcel lost if it hasn't arrived by the due date plus 7 working days. 

If, in the unlikely even your parcel arrived damaged, please get in touch as soon as possible. In order for us to raise this with the courier, and offer a replacement or refund, we need pictures of both the damaged goods and the damaged packaging with the label clearly showing. Please be aware, without this we will be unable to assist you.


Unfortunately, once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, it is out of our control but we will do our best to assist you.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are more than happy to accept returns and exchanges providing they do not fall under the below categories:

  • Personalised items

  • Custom orders

  • Items of a perishable nature

  • Items on sale

In order for us to issue you a full refund or exchange, you must notify us that you wish to return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery. 

You are responsible for the cost of the returns postage. 

The returned item must be in original packaging and un-used.

The returned item will be inspected once it arrives. If it is not in the same condition, you will be refunded according to the loss in value.

Cancellation Policy

Please let us know within 24hrs. If you contact after this time we cannot guarantee that it will be possible. Please then refer to our returns policy.

If you would like to cancel your custom order you must to get in touch within 24hrs. If we have not started your order, you will be eligible for a refund minus the cost of materials (if purchased) and custom order fee.
